Prepaid Legal Program
The DC Police Union’s Prepaid Legal Program was specifically designed for the FOP Metropolitan Police Labor Committee. It offers members comprehensive coverage for a wide range of legal services, including, but not limited to, on-duty conduct, family law, estate planning, real estate transactions and more. With this plan, members can rest assured knowing that expert legal guidance is just a phone call away whenever they need it most.
Legal Defense Fund
The Legal Defense Fund was specifically created to ensure that every member has access to qualified legal representation regarding any on-duty use of force. Our members’ rights and interests are our top priority, and this fund underscores the DC Police Union’s commitment to protecting those rights at any cost. With this new addition, our plan now provides significantly more coverage than other paid plans available, at no cost to our members.
