Robin Fitzgerald, 41, was fatally shot Wednesday inside of an apartment in the Deanwood neighborhood. Aaron Jacobs, 29, was arrested in connection with the case and charged with second-degree murder while armed. • There were two other shootings and a stabbing that left four people injured overnight Wednesday in separate incidents. DC Police are actively investigating the crimes.
