An arrest warrant has been issued for Gary O’Neal Bell, a 24-year-old who is wanted for juvenile sex trafficking. The suspect has been allegedly offering an underage girl for sexual encounters, and authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the suspect. • Ronald Perry Berton, 42, was charged with kidnapping and raping a woman near Adams Morgan in 2007. The suspect is already in prison after he was convicted of raping a woman in her Arlington apartment in 2010.
