The drill brings together multiple public safety jurisdictions to simulate an emergency within the Metro system.”

Fox5DC: DC police question burglary victim’s sexuality, dance at crime scene, video shows “An internal investigation has been launched after DC police officers were caught on camera making comments about a victim’s sexual orientation and even dancing inside his Southeast home.”

Fox5DC: Anti-immigrant fliers posted in DC neighborhoods “D.C Councilmember Brandon Todd sent a letter to residents in Ward 4 Friday after anti-immigrant fliers were posted in parts of the area. In the letter, Councilmember Todd says someone placed “xenophobic and hostile flyers” in the area, and D.C. police are investigating. In an email, a spokesperson for Todd says the area where the fliers were placed includes the Takoma neighborhood.”
