The DC Police Union is asking members to fill out the following survey and tell Union leadership which issues you would like to prioritize during the contract negotiation process: • Alex Thomas-Dorsey, 27, was arrested twice in as many days after he was caught exposing himself on a metro train and a bus on Monday night and Tuesday morning. • Elijah Howard, 12, was described as critically missing by DC Police. He was last seen in the Penn Branch neighborhood, and authorities are seeking the public’s assistance in locating him.

WJLA: Police seek public’s help IDing man who broke into H Street building; stole cigarettes “Police are asking the public for help identifying a person of interest they say robbed an establishment on H Street Northeast early Friday morning.”

NBC Washington: DC Man Accused of Indecent Exposure 2 Times in 2 Days “A day after Metro announced a crackdown on sexual harassment on trains and buses, a man was caught exposing himself within the system two times in two days. Alex Thomas-Dorsey, 27, is accused of indecent exposure on a train approaching L’Enfant Plaza and a bus on Martin Luther King Jr. Avenue SE.”

WJLA: D.C. Police say 12-year-old boy critically missing again after being found days before “A 12-year-old boy is critically missing in D.C. again after police had reported finding him just days before. D.C. Police say Elijah Howard was last seen in the 3400 block of Nash Place SE on Tuesday at around 6:00 p.m. Howard went missing before on the previous Thursday but was later found in good health.”

WJLA: 15-year-old boy missing; last seen in Southeast D.C., police say “A 15-year-old boy is still missing Wednesday after he was last seen on April 4 in Southeast Washington, according to police.”

WJLA: D.C. Police seeking public’s help in locating critically missing 14-year-old girl “Police in D.C. are searching for a critically missing 14-year-old girl who was last seen on Monday.”

WJLA: Car slams into Salvation Army building in Southeast D.C. “A car crashed into a Salvation Army building late Wednesday afternoon in Southeast Washington. ABC7 News’ Sam Ford reports two people in the car were taken to the hospital, but their conditions are unknown at this time.”
