In the footage, the suspect walks up to the victim, shoots him, and then runs off as the victim falls to the ground. DC Police are seeking the public’s assistance in locating the person of interest. • Two DC Police Officers were injured in a car crash and taken to a local hospital. The driver who struck the police cruiser was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

Fox5DC: Workers injured after trench collapse at DC construction site “Four workers were injured after a trench collapsed at a construction site in Northeast D.C. Emergency crews responded to the scene around 9:15 a.m. along the 300 block of H Street.”

Washington Post: Man struck, killed by car in Northwest D.C. is recalled as outgoing, upbeat artist “He spun records at clubs on U Street, danced his way down the aisles of the hardware store where he once worked in Woodley Park and drew his own superhero comic books.”
